Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as it sets out the terms of a legally binding agreement between you (the reader) and ThemeREC.
Licensing
All our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license. You are allowed to remove the copyright information in the footer and make any modifications you want to your themes.
Images and fonts
All the images included in Zemez products are royalty-free and are an inseparable part or our products. It is forbidden to use and part of the product provided by our team separately. These actions are considered unlawful.
Bundled Plugins License
When a premium plugin is bundled with the theme, you can use the plugin without any issues. Such plugins are fully functional even though you don’t get a plugin purchase code for activation. Since you purchased a bundled product, you do NOT have a license key for that plugin so you can’t enter anything in this field. Updates to the plugins are provided when the theme itself is updated and via tickets. However, if you want automatic updates and support from the plugin developer you need to purchase it separately (this is 100% optional).
Product Compatibility/Updates
Our Themes and Plugins are developed to work on self-hosted WordPress sites, which you can download from wordpress.org. All themes are designed to be compatible with the latest available version of WordPress, but we cannot guarantee that older themes will run with future versions of CMS. ThemeREC frameworks support the latest and most modern web browsers.
Warranty
ThemeREC products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. Each of the ThemeREC products are guaranteed to function correctly upon proper installation, activation and options configuration of the product within the latest stable WordPress version which Themes was dedicated to. ThemeREC cannot or do not guarantee compatibility with any 3rd party plugins – as there are simply too many plugins to support. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the themes as we cannot guarantee ThemeREC themes will work with all browser combination.
In no event, our juridical person will be liable for any damages including (but not limited to) direct, indirect, special, incidental/consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of inability to use our products.
We are not licensed to provide stock images and certain true-type fonts (TTF) that might be used on any or all of the provided themes. These require you to own or purchase from their respective owners.
All members have access to the forums. ThemeREC does not commit to monitor the forums, but we reserve the rights to respond and answer the questions.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
